Located in Sanpete County, Utah (southeast of Mount Pleasant and east of Spring City), the Pine Mountain Land Owners Association consists of 3 communities: Spring City Rancheros, Whispering Pines Phase II and SkyHi. The associations 7 gates allow access to the community roads as well as the Manti-la Sal National Forest, Spring City Canyon, and Skyline Drive.
The best route to reach our association is from Mount Pleasant. From Highway 89 turn East on 700 South. Continue East for approximately six miles, continuing past Camper World, Pleasant Creek, and Pine Creek Ranch. The route from here depends on where your destination lies from the end of the pavement.
