The Annual Association Newsletter was sent out today by email and contains details and the agenda for this years Annual Association Meeting. If you didn’t receive it, please contact a member of the Board to make sure we have an up to date email address for you.
This years association meeting will be held on May 29th at 10:00 a.m. at the Contoy Arena. We know that this is earlier than usual but the arena had limited availability this year. We hope that having the meeting over a holiday weekend will not affect turnout. We hope to see you all there.
Also, by this time you should have received your invoice for 2021 dues. If you did not receive the email, please let us know as a paper copy will not be mailed unless you are one of the few who have opted out of electronic communication. You can pay your dues through the secure link contained in your invoice email, or by mailing a check to: PMLOA P.O. Box 349 Orem, UT 84059. Many of you have already made payment and we appreciate your timely response. As a reminder, dues should be paid by May 1, 2020. If you have a problem paying by that deadline, please contact us right away.
