Our long time property owner Randy Parry recently sold his property and is no longer part of the association. He was currently elected to the board and was the acting Vice President. With his departure, the Board reviewed candidates for an interim board member to replace him until next Summer’s election. Chad Costello who had previously expressed interest in serving on the board was interviewed and selected to join the Board. Chad’s property is in Spring City Rancheros. With this change, Becky Holbrook was elected by the Board to server as the new Vice President. Chad will fill her previous role over Safety and Security.
