Parking Lot

The Association parking lot is owned and maintained by the Association and can be a great benefit to all members if everyone adhere’s to the following fair use policy:

  1. The parking lot cannot be reserved and space is available on a first come first serve basis. If there is not any space left in the parking lot, you will need to find another place to park.
  2. The parking lot is intended for short-term parking of vehicles or trailers. It is a great place to leave vehicles that are not equipped to handle our roads. In order to prevent vehicles from being left long-term, we require that any vehicle left more than 7 days has a parking sticker. Stickers can be requested by contacting the Board. Any vehicle left longer than 7 days without a sticker is subject to being towed at the owners expense.
  3. Seasonal vehicles (snow mobiles and other snow tracked vehicles) may be left in the parking lot over the winter to allow easy access to your land. These vehicles should not be placed in the parking lot prior to October 1st and must be removed before Memorial day weekend in the Spring. Memorial Day weekend is one of the highest traffic weekends of the year and we need all parking to be available. Any snow vehicle that is still in the parking lot on Memorial day weekend will be towed to free up more parking.
  4. The parking lot is not a campground and camper trailers or RVs should not be in the parking lot unless temporary weather or road conditions are preventing access to your land.
  5. The parking lot is not for selling vehicles. Do not place any items for sale in the parking lot. Any item left with a for sale sign may be towed.
  6. In order to maximize the number of parking spaces available, please park perpendicular to the road so vehicles are side by side. Please avoid parking parallel, especially with trailers as it takes up a lot of space.
  7. Since large delivery vehicles cannot make it up many of our roads, the parking lot may be used for large deliveries (such as construction materials) as long as the owner removes them on a timely basis. Please coordinate with the Board for any delivery that will not be removed within a week.
  8. Next to the South entrance of the parking lot is an entrance to a private road that belongs to the adjacent house. Please do not block the private road or encroach on the driveway to the house.
  9. The Association is not responsible for any damage to vehicles or items left in the parking lot. Parking is at your own risk. There is a camera monitoring the dumpsters, but it doesn’t not cover the entire parking lot.
