New Keys are Now Available

We have finally received our full order of new keys and have them available for Association Members. Thank you for your patience as it took longer to receive the keys than expected.

In order to make it easy for you to get your new keys, we’ll have a board member available with keys at Gate 1 on all three remaining Saturdays in July from 10:00am – 12:00pm. The specific dates are July 13th, July 20th, and July 27th. If you’re not going to be in the area on one of those date, please contact a member of the board to make other arrangements. If you’ve already placed an order for keys using our key request form, a member of the board will be contacting you about your order.

We’ll only be able to take cash or check at the gate for the purchase of extra keys, but you are welcome to pre-pay for your keys using a credit card by contacting Brittney, our association secretary at [email protected].

Re-Keying Dates

We also wanted to remind everyone of the upcoming dates for re-keying. On August 8thgates 1, 5, and 7 will be updated to the new keys. Gates 2, 3, 4, and 6 will not change and will stay on the old keys until August next year. That will allow a one year transition where members can access all areas of the association with either a new key or an old key. On August 8th, 2020, we will complete the transition to the new keys and gates 2, 3, 4, and 6 will be re-keyed to the new locks.

Electronic remotes for gates 1 and 5 will not change and will not be affected by the rekeying project. Remotes can be ordered at any time by emailing [email protected].
